Job description:

That is why this is such a rare position to become available. We are looking for a General Manager, with a passion for excellence to lead our flagship property, the four-star Cabarfeidh hotel. With 48 bedrooms, 4 function suites catering for 30-250 people and the 80 cover Cleaver restaurant the position of GM at the Cabarfeidh provides an exciting challenge for an experienced leader.

The General Manager Opportunity:
ï‚·General Manager for the leading hotel group in the Outer Hebrides. Offering a high degree of autonomy, the expectations of the successful candidate will be to engage and work with a receptive hotel team, leading them towards achieving budgeted revenues and exceeding the expectations of its guests. In addition, the successful candidate will be a member of our Cala Hotels General Management Team and thereby have an opportunity to use their experience to contribute to the management of our other two Stornoway hotels, Caladh Inn, and Royal Hotel. This team structure is also beneficial in Caladh and Royal providing any advice or support that Cabarfeidh may require from time to time.
The Essential General Manager Skills:
ï‚·Hardworking, driven, commercially and financially astute, excellent leadership skills, to be considered you will be an established Hotel General Manager with a depth of experience in quality UK hotels that operate in both corporate and leisure markets.
