| Job description: | We have an exciting opportunity for a General Assistant (Front of House) to join our team at the Kintail Lodge Hotel. The hotel is a small, family run establishment with a long standing reputation for great food and high standards, situated in a picturesque location in the West Highlands. The successful candidate will have experience of working in the hospitality industry and a flair for offering excellent customer service. A flexible attitude to work is essential as we are a small team and the range of duties can vary. The main duties will be in the bar, coffee shop and waiting tables during service although a small amount of housekeeping may be required to cover for days off. This is a live-in, seasonal, post with all accommodation, food and utilities included and therefore the hourly rate is £8.00 for a minimum of 37.5 hours per week. The season starts on 1st April and ends on 4th November and there may be an option to extend this contract throughout the winter months. Candidates who live locally and therefore do not require accommodation will be offered an increased hourly rate to be discussed at interview. |
