Job description:

The Three Lemons is situated in the picturesque town of Aberfeldy in Perthshire, 14 miles from Pitlochry and an hour and a half from Glasgow and Edinburgh.

Aberfeldy has a population of 3000 and great amenities such as fishing, golfing and walking as well as its own cinema.

We are looking for a restaurant manager to join our friendly team.

Working alongside a team that is young and and full of life you must be hands on and be committed to your job. You will be in charge of providing training to new staff members, weekly rotas,helping the Head Chef to manage stock and general day to day tasks of running the restaurant.

You must also be knowledgeable in all aspects of health and safety and hygiene.

This job will not only be a daily challenge, therefore interesting, but it will also allow you to have a proper lifestyle.

Closed on all public holidays including Christmas and New Year.
