Job description:

The Kilcamb Lodge is a 4 star 3 AA rosette hotel on the edge of Loch Sunart in Strontian on the Ardnamurchan peninsula, 12 miles from Fort William. Strontian has a pub and a good local shop and post office.

We are looking to recruit a Kitchen Porter/Assistant to join our young dynamic team.

Some food preparation, ensuring all kitchen areas are clean and putting groceries way in the correct places

Because of our remote location a car would be recommend to get the most from all the area has to offer.

The position is available now through until end October with the view to renew contracts by agreement.

The Fife Arms is a brand new hotel which has just opened in Braemar which has been voted one of the 18 hottest openings by the Conde Nast traveller.

Our ethos of cooking is with open flame, utilising the best ingredients from our estate and Scotland's land and sea larder, utilising this state of the art kitchen. The property is owned by the world's largest contemporary art dealers with numerous other properties worldwide.

We have a state of the art kitchen with a strong emphasis on wood fired cooking.

We are looking for a strong kitchen porter to join the team. Your main duties will include washing dishes, general cleaning of appliances in the kitchen and waste management. There is an excellent opportunity for scope within the company, dependant on the candidate we would be keen to train the kitchen porter up and to start them as a commis chef.

This is a new organisation which has had massive growth and is focusing on boutique, bespoke and individual experiences for guests.
