Job description: | Fisher’s Hotel is Pitlochry’s largest hotel with 133 bedrooms. We have multiple outlets including the Castle Restaurant, the ballroom Restaurant, Gladstones Whisky Bar, The Coach House and Mr Fishers Coffee Lounge. We are currently a three star property, however following significant investment we are hoping to achieve four star status at our next grading visit. You will be working alongside the head chef Steve Gilroy and you will be responsible for not only doing the dishes but the general hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen. Must have experience of working in a team. Good training will be provided. This position is available from the beginning of March until the beginning of November. |
