| Job description: | We are looking for a senior chef to take the lead in our innovative pub with kitchen located at 4 Cameron Square, Fort William. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a great team. Our ideal candidate will be a sous chef looking to step up and manage their own kitchen, or an existing head chef looking for a new challenge. We are looking for creative input and quality cooking in a relaxed style and have already built up a strong local following with a great reputation. The new venture will be part of the Crannog Group.
