Job description:

The Majestic Line is an innovative small cruise company sailing out of Oban on the West Coast of Scotland.

The vessels ‘Glen Massan’ and ‘Glen Tarsan’ are traditional wooden 85ft fishing boats which have been converted to provide a very high standard of hospitality for up to 11 guests.

An onboard Chef is required for 2020 season commencing 30th March until the end of the season to provide high quality meals, using local specialities whenever possible, from the restricted space of a galley.

Applicants should have the required experience and be willing to provide excellent standards of customer care for our guests.

The ideal candidate will be able to provide evidence of suitable catering and hospitality experience, have the confidence to prepare quality meals for a maximum of 15 people (11 guests and 4 crew), take pride in their work, be relaxed, friendly, confident, energetic, hard working, well organised and motivated. Working rota of 2 weeks on and 1 week off.

STCW certificate would be an advantage though not essential.
