Job description: | Carrbridge Hotel is a privately owned 100 bedroom hotel to the south of Inverness in the heart of the Scottish Highlands. The Hotel has just completed a major refurbishment program to include its ground floor public areas. We are now looking to further develop the Bistro and Conservatory Lounge food and increase market share - New kitchen equipment has been purchased and a front of house manager appointed to help ensure high levels of service. We are also looking to further modernise our TDH menu selection for our group confrence and events service. The successful candidate will have full control of the Kitchen, its day to day operations and menu selection. This is a unique opportunity for a head Chef make their mark in a key landmark hotel. We are looking for a head chef to take over running of the kitchen from early August. Either live in or live out and a single chef or also may suit a couple looking to relocate to a beautiful part of Scotland with great activities for those who like the outdoors. |
