Job description:

We are looking for a Head Chef to run this new venture in North Skye.

Ideally you will have Pizza experience.

You will be in charge of the running of the kitchen implementing all health and hygiene regulations, ordering and stock control.

There is the opportunity for part time work over the winter with returning to full time as the new season starts in 2021.

A good opportunity to add more dishes to the menu but the main concept is Homemade Pizza's, this will be for sitting in and take away options.

This position is available from 1st August to end of October.
