Job description: | The Kilted Kangaroo is a busy restaurant and bar situated in Dundee city centre. We are looking for a head chef to join our stable team, this may suit an experienced sous chef looking for their first head chef role. You will be in charge of the day to day running of the kitchen with the support from other chefs and management team. Cooking simple good quality meals to a high standard. This position is available now. This is a good position working in a friendly environment, not working excessive hours. Scope for input into some menus sanctioned by management. Looking for a good all round chef who can get good gross profit margins, whilst looking after all other aspects of the kitchen including ordering, rota, and all aspects of health and hygiene. This is a live out position but if relocating to Dundee, there is a decent supply of affordable accommodation. This position is available now for the right person. Dundee is good city with good amenities including arts and culture. |
