Salary:negotiable according to experience
Duration:Permanent
Hours:approximately 40 per week
Days:5 days from seven, mixed shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Bedrooms:none at the moment but their are plans to refurbish
Covers:Lunch: 20; Dinner: 40; Breakfast: none
Food type:good quality home made bar food with plenty scope for input
Full-time chefs:2 plus help when required
Accommodation:own room in shared staff flat with one other person
Job description:

The Black Bull in Gartmore is a community owned Pub and Hub in the small town of Gartmore in Stirlingshire.

We are looking for a Head Chef, or possibly a Sous Chef to take a step up.

You will be reponsible for all aspects of running the kitchen including cooking, ordering, menu planning, all paperwork and Health and Hygiene.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a small team and look to make their mark on a new venture.

Available now for the right person.

Situated not far from Glasgow or Stirling and plenty to do on time off.
