Full-time chefs: | 2 plus help when required |
Accommodation: | own room in shared staff flat with one other person |
Job description: | The Black Bull in Gartmore is a community owned Pub and Hub in the small town of Gartmore in Stirlingshire. We are looking for a Head Chef, or possibly a Sous Chef to take a step up. You will be reponsible for all aspects of running the kitchen including cooking, ordering, menu planning, all paperwork and Health and Hygiene. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a small team and look to make their mark on a new venture. Available now for the right person.
