Job description: | Porterhouse is our renowned steakhouse and restaurant, based at Thainstone, Inverurie, in the heart of Aberdeenshire, and 20 minutes from Aberdeen city centre. At Porterhouse, we pride ourselves on offering an authentic field-to-fork experience, creating delicious dishes using only the finest of locally-sourced meat and produce, carefully prepared in our award-winning kitchen. An excellent, and exciting opportunity has become available and we are looking for an experienced Head Chef with a passion to constantly deliver high quality produce, to train and motivate the team, maintain menu costs and manage budgetary control and to comply with environmental health legislation and food safety standards regulations. Applicants must have a proven track record as a Head Chef (minimum 1 year), have excellent management and communications skills and experience in all areas of the kitchen. |
