Days:5 days out of 7 possibly 6 mainly split shifts

Job description:

I am looking for a reliable hardworking Head Chef for an award-winning family owned Restaurant situated on a beautiful Island on the West Coast of Scotland.

You will be responsible for all aspects of running a kitchen, ordering, menu planning, cooking and all aspects of health and hygiene.

They use lots of fresh local produce (emphasis on seafood) and make everything from scratch every day including breads.

A well established business with a good reputation for food in the area.

This is a rural but lovely place to spend a season.

This position is available from End March / Beginning of April to End September Beginning of October.
