Job description: | I am looking for a strong Head Chef to start in this East Coast Hotel. You will be in charge of the day to day running of the kitchen - ordering, stock control, menu planning and costing, rotas, training junior staff and give them motivation, health, safety and hygiene. You will work closely with the owner and manager. You must have passion, creativity and have desire to achieve - ambition both for him/ herself and for the hotel (ie great food; happy customers; more customers; get a good reputation. They are looking for a chef to stay a minimum of 2 - 3 years. This position is available from April (following government guideline) |
