Salary: | £35,000 to £40,000 negotiable for the right person with a good stable background in quality establishments Working with one other chef and ideally six days per week in season, some splits and probablly some straights as two chefs will be in place |

Accommodation: | accommodation will be available most likely in a shared modernised staff house in the town |
Job description: | I am looking for an experienced Head Chef for this quality Restaurant situated in a small town on Royal Deeside. Ideally you will have worked in good quality or perhaps AA Rosette background and have good stability. Working with one other chef and shifts to be organised. An excellent opportunity to make a name for yourself, this would be like running your own business. This may suit a couple as there is a Manager position also available. situated in a lovely town with great facilities and plenty to do on time off and excellent quality of life. The position is available from 2021. |
