Job description:

The Kitchen Brasserie in Inverness is under new management.

It is a vibrant, energetic City Centre restaurant with a strong focus on the growth and development of our team members.

We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to join our kitchen team.

You will be in charge of the day to running of the kitchen which includes rotas, training junior staff members, ordering, stock control, health & hygiene.

There will be scope for input into the menus using the excellent Scottish produce available.

Although this is a live out position, if you are relocating to Inverness, it is reasonably easy to find rented accommodation.

Inverness is the capital of the Scottish Highlands and is a booming city with good amenities.

This position is available when restrictions lift.
