Job description: | MCCaskies Cafe / Bistro, is situated in Wemyss Bay just 50 minutes from Glasgow and 35 minutes from Rothesay. We are looking for a Head Chef to take of the daily running of the kitchen, including all aspect of health, safety and hygiene, rotas, ordering, stock control and menu planning. We use the best of produce, we have our own butchers with award winning meats. We are open day shift only 8am to 4pm - we may introduce the odd evening. A good work life balance. This position is available from April 26th. |
