Salary:£30,000 to £34,000 per annum paid monthly plus performance related bonus - 25% discounts in all our venues on food and drink
Duration:Permanent
Hours:45 hours per week
Days:5 days from 7 mainly straight shifts
Holidays:28 days per annum - Christmas Day and New Year's Day off
Bedrooms:no bedrooms - 120 + covers over the day
Food type:Scottish / Italian - artisan wood-fired & Neapolitan pizza
Full-time chefs:8 chefs plus kitchen porters
Accommodation:Live out
Job description:

Chefs In Scotland is looking for a Strong Head Chef to lead the kitchen in this busy Restaurant in the grassmarket in Edinburgh.

You will previous experience as a Head Chef, proven ability to lead and manage a large team, excellent communication skills, highly creative approach to your work with exceptional attention to detail, organised & methodical approach to managing compliance and health & safety paperwork, proven track record in delivering on financial KPI’s including labour and gp’s, attention to detail and ability to deliver a fantastic level of customer experience

This is an exciting role for a chef to have the scope to produce creative menus whilst driving financial performance in an exciting and fast paced venue

This position is available from the 26th April
