Job description: | The 3 Lochs Holiday Park is situated in a stunning location half-way between Newton Stewart and Stranraer in South West Scotland, at the edge of The Galloway Forest. We are looking for a Chef to join us for the season which usually runs through to the end of October, although can be longer depending on the weather and there are Christmas dinners for the owners. Shut January and February. We are looking for a chef to work closely with the management and be responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of the kitchen. Cooking, ordering, stock control, menus, all aspects of kitchen cleanliness. This position is available now. Lovely location with plenty to do on time off, fishing, walking, golf; this will suit someone who likes the outdoors. Scope for input and to build the catering. Good accommodation available which could possibly suit a couple or a small family. |
