Salary:Pay rate is £13.50 - £15 per hour depending on experience, plus equal share of tips, and a generous bonus scheme.

Job description:

The Tippling House is looking for a Head Chef to join this well established group 10 Dollar Shake.

In the city, we're looking for a small chef team to run an evening restaurant service, as well as assisting with canapes and BBQ's for external events (ad-hoc). At this stage, we're looking for a creative and forward-thinking Head Chef, along with an ambitious, driven second chef to cover days off and work alongside the HC during peak times.

Successful candidates may be required to work up to 1am/2am for 2 - 3 days per week (once licensing hours are returned to normal), with the remainder days finishing around 11pm. In time, we expect the post-11pm shifts to be taken up by a junior chef. Kitchen would be open Wed - Sun, until restrictions ease up.

An interest in local produce inc. game and sustainable seafood, would be preferred, along with a passion for food/drink and attention to detail. Pay package includes bonus scheme and equal share of service charge.
