Job description:

The Steading Bar is looking for a BBQ / Grill Chef.

In the 'shire, we're looking for a grill chef for an outdoor kitchen (with indoor prep area), working with an Argentine grill and a menu of local meats, grilled fish, ancient grain salads, tropical fruit salsas, home-made flatbreads and wood-fired pizzas.

Experience of wood fire cooking would be ideal, with an interest in foraging considered a bonus.

The venue is based in Strathdon and might suit someone in the Royal Deeside/Upper Donside areas.

Accommodation is not currently available.

Hours would be Friday - Sunday each week
