Job description: | Port na Craig is situated on the side of the Tay near to the Pitlochry Festival Theatre, a short walk from Pitlochry centre. Serving attractively presented meals cooked fresh to order. We are looking for a Head Chef to run our busy kitchen, ordering, stock control, rotas, menu planning, health safety & hygiene. Working in a fast paced environment. Pitlochry is a busy village with plenty to do and see. It is very well placed for exploring the Highlands. This position is available now to end October |
