Salary:£15-18 Per hour depending on experience - paid weekly - Tips included and Meals on duty
Duration:Permanent
Hours:40-60 hours per week, mixed shifts
Days:Wednesdays to Sundays mainly, although changeable - mixed shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Bedrooms:
Covers:Lunch: 80 Covers over lunch and dinner
Food type:Quality Scottish with mix of Fine Dining
Full-time chefs:3 Chefs plus 4 Kitchen Porters
Accommodation:Live out - Will help with finding accomodation
Job description:

The Venue is a new venture with a recently refurbished golf club, that now has added a restaurant. Situated just 5 miles from Falkirk

We are looking for a Head Chef or Sous Chef to help contribute to the running of our restaurant.

They will need to be a determined individual with a passion for cooking, you will help in the management of the menu, orders, stock control, health safety and hygiene.

This is an exciting opportunity for a chef to make a name for themselves
