Job description: | Durn House is an elegant 8 bedroom country house situated in Portsoy a beautiful Seaside location, 7 miles from Banff and 60 miles from Aberdeen. We are looking for a Head Chef or experience Sous Chef looking for the next step to run our kitchen. You will be responsible for cooking, ordering, menu planning and all aspects of health and hygiene. We are looking for you to join our journey, there is a fantastic opportunity to make a name for yourself in our well respected establishment. Lots of room to be creative, we have our own kitchen garden and everything we make is from fresh local ingredients This position is available from the middle of July now for the right person. Situated in the North East of Scotland this will suit a chef who likes the outdoors as there is plenty of golfing, fishing and walking. |
