Job description:

stunning seafront location located in the historic town of Dunbar specialising in fresh seafood purchased from the boats at Dunbar harbour.An exciting opportunity for an ambitious chef to work with local produce, liasing with the Dunbar fishermen and building up an equally ambitious team. Ideally we would like a management couple and the partner to manage front of house. This role would be heading up a young team of enthusiastic waiters and barstaff and includes the day to day running of a popular hotel. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, large lounge, kitchen and bathroom all with magnificent seaviews.
