Job description:

A small yet vibrant hotel with big ambitions, set in a stunning location within a lively and expanding community. looking for an experienced and dynamic Head Chef to join our team, to organise and control our hotel kitchen activities and further develop the hotel’s reputation for really good food and destination dining.

You will be the principal chef manager for our business with overall operational and functional control of the kitchen, have oversight for the design and implementation of all menus and dishes to a consistently high standard. Your responsibilities will include recruiting and managing your team, maintaining HACCP, hygiene and health and safety systems and you will assume responsibility for margin control in collaboration with the business owners and management team.

For the right candidate, we also have the exciting possibility of being part of the project team developing a brand new wedding and conference venue close to the hotel, leading the food proposition and putting this thrilling project on the map.
