Job description: | I am looking for candidates for a permanent Head Chef position for a busy coaching hotel in the Highlands of Scotland. Scope to develop the business which is owned by a well known small group of hotels, well established. The bulk of the trade is coach parties so good volume experience is a yes please. There is scope to develop the private dining with a nice menu also. You will be responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of the kitchen including ordering, staffing, menu planning, cooking and all aspects of healthy and safety. Nice location not too far from Inverness and plenty to do on time off for those who like fishing, golfing, walking. Interested? |
