Head Chef, Clubhouse Hotel - Nairn, Inverness-shire

The Clubhouse Hotel in Nairn is a 14 bedroom Boutique Hotel just 15 miles from Inverness.

We are looking for a Head Chef to join our team.

Duties will include - running the kitchen, rotas, orders, menu planning, training, health, safety and hygiene

The ideal candidate will...

· Have excellent cooking skills and product knowledge
· Have a genuine love of cooking and be happy to work evenings, weekends and be fully involved during key trading periods
· Be consistent, reliable and willing to learn and adapt to different cooking styles
· Have high personal standards, attention to detail and a can-do attitude
· Be flexible, cool under pressure and help lead the team
· Be confident with food safety standards and monitoring and compliance processes
· Communicate effectively and respectfully with staff at all levels of the business
