Job description: | The Glenmoriston Arms Hotel is a small traditional family run hotel situated on the bank of Loch Ness and is commutable to both Inverness and Fort William. We are looking for an experienced head chef to join our close knit team. You will be in charge of the day to day running if the busy kitchen. The ideal candidate will have an easy going friendly attitude and have a proven track record with a passion for food We produce a fresh modern Scottish menu all sourced from local suppliers The position is available until the end October possibly longer. |
