A newly refurbished distillery supported by Elior as Catering Partners are looking for a Head Chef.

Located on the isle of Skye this position is ideal for someone who is looking for a great work life balance, with the vast majority of hours during the day and very little evening work. Working 5 days from 7 the Isle of Skye has to offer stunning walks surrounded by beautiful mountains and beaches. Fishing, surfing, kayaking, wildlife watching, swimming, sailing and lots of other activities are available on the Isle. Frequent ferries are also available to take you to Mallaig, Raasay, Tarbet and Lochmaddy.

With the distillery new refurbished you will get to work in a brand new, well appointed kitchen and mainly be working daytime shifts.

As Head Chef you will be in charge of the day to day running of the kitchen, Stock Control, training staff, ordering, health and safety planning and executing the menu to a high standard.

Whether you are a head chef looking to reduce night time work hours or an experienced sous chef looking to go to the next step, this position is available from mid July to the right candidate.
