| Job description: | Scarinish Beach Hotel on the Isle of Tiree are currently looking for a confident and creative Head Chef to take control of the kitchen in our recently renovated hotel restaurant. We are looking for an experienced and capable individual who will run the kitchen and create a menu of high-quality seasonal dishes for locals and guests. This is an exciting opportunity for a chef to really make their mark and be involved as the hotel and restaurant are modernised under new management. The 60-cover restaurant serves seasonal local cuisine all year round with a focus on fresh island produce and seafood. Tiree is the sunniest place in the UK! There are daily ferries and flights to the mainland and the small scenic island offers surfing, live music events, outdoor walks and coastline views. The hotel is situated right next to the beach and free staff accommodation is provided near to the hotel. |
