Job description:

Commercial Hotel, is a 9 bedroom hotel in the whisky capital of The world.

Currently looking for an experienced chef to run our kitchen.

The ideal candidate would of held a similar position in previous establishment, be willing to learn and maintain high culinary skills.

Taking charge of kitchen - menus, ordering, stock, HACCP
