Job description:

The Horse and Hounds is a friendly run traditional country food restaurant in rural location.

Situated in Bonchester Bridge by Hawick in the Scottish Borders.

We are looking for a full time Head Chef to take over the day to day running of the kitchen.

Working in a small team of 2 chefs cooking traditional country fayre.

This is an all year round position and you will cook, order food and look after the health and hygiene of the kitchen.

Rural location but not far from Hawick and not too far south of Edinburgh.

We can provide accommodation if someone is relocating but long term the position is probably live out.

Potential work available for partners.

Lots to do locally during time off.
