Job description: | The Fat Pheasant in Newton to the north of Edinburgh is a busy pub with a good reputation for food including game. I am looking for a Head Chef to take over the management of the day to day running of the kitchen; cooking, ordering, health and hygiene and also to have input into the menus. All the produce is locally sourced. Situated in a central location, this is a great opportunity for a head chef to cook lovely quality food. We have a busy trade at the week-end and a bit quieter during the week. This will suit a chef who is keen to join a young business and get stuck in to all aspects of the job.
