Job description: | The Morar Hotel is a 31 bedroom hotel situated in Mallaig along the West Highland way. We are looking for a strong Head Che to join our team. You will take full control of the kitchen. Menu planning, stock, ordering, rotas, HACCP. A beautiful place to live and work - lots to enjoy on days off such as walking, fishing and visiting the many beautiful beaches. This position is available from now until end October. Can be continued on mutual consent. |
