Job description: | The Drift Inn is a quality Bar and Restaurant situated in Lamlash just 3 miles from Broddick on the Isle of Arran. We are looking for a head chef to join our team - you will be responsible for the day to day running for the kitchen (ordering, stock control, rotas, menu planning, HACCP) The is an amazing Beach front restaurant with an excellent reputation for high quality ingredients and service.
