Job description:

Chop House first opened in Leith in 2015 and have since opened two further sites in Market St & Bruntsfield. The restaurant’s reputation is built on serving the Best of British Beef, dry aged and butchered in house.

We are looking for a Head Chef to join our team. The candidate must be passionate about using quality ingredients, be confident in managing a team, have an excellent knowledge of HACCP, food safety, hygiene & allergen awareness. You will also be responsible for menu design, costings & training.

Brigade of 6 chefs plus KPs

£34,000 to £35,000 per annum

Excellent tips of £7,000 to £8,000 per year
