| Job description: | Machrihanish Dunes Scotland’s Award-Winning Seaside Resort. The Old Clubhouse is looking for an experienced Head Chef to join their team for the season. Duties will include menu planning, ordering, stock control, rotas, health, safety and hygiene. Situated on the Mull of Kintyre, with two restored hotels, eight 2-bedroom cottages and an 18-hole golf course. We have a number of bars/restaurants within our Resort. This is a stunning location.
