Job description:	Rodel House on the Isle of Harris are looking for a Chef/Housekeeper couple to look after this impeccably refurbished 4/5 bedroomed property with its own jetty/ This is an exclusive use property aimed at the American market for 4 or 5 night stays. Everything is included in their stay including food, drinks. and personalised trips The candidates will be expected to look after the guests who will expect a high standard of service including breakfast, packed lunch, afternoon tea and 3 course dinner, waiting on, turn down service etc. Driver essential Self contained accommodation as part of the package 2 or 3 days off after each stay. Nearest town of Tarbert is 24 miles away, but Leverburgh is a very busy village 2 miles away.
