Job description: | The Fat Pheasant in Newton to the north of Edinburgh is a busy restaurant with a good reputation for food. We looking for a Head Chef to take charge of the day to day running of the kitchen; cooking, ordering, health and hygiene and also to have input into the menus. A relaxed working environment, this is an exciting time as we look to relaunch our Restaurant with a new food concept Situated in a central location We serve food only on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday we have a prep day on Thursday. A good work life balance working 3.5 days per week You will have chargrill experience The position is available from 3rd July for the right candidate |
