Duties:

Setting up of stations in an organised, productive manner.
Preparation of ingredients, such as cutting vegetables preparing meat an batch cooking each day.
Play a role in kitchen cleanliness and organisation.
Opportunities to show creativity by planning and preparing daily and monthly specials
Ensure health and safety guidelines are adhered to at all times, from personal and team safety, to food standards and being aware of temperature and logging procedures.
Accepting, checking and signing off on stock orders delivered by suppliers.
Clear communication with the kitchen team and front of house team to ensure swift and efficient service.

Skills:
