Job description: | Café Verde will be opening in Burntisland in early 2025 and we're looking to get our kitchen team set up as we progress with our plans. This will be a collaborative position with input from the start, and the potential for part time hours toward the end of this year as we make operational decisions prior to the opening. There will be full control over budgets and suppliers for the Chefs, with a remit to use local produce for visually beautiful and delicious modern dishes. We are looking for reliable, dependable & trustworthy individuals who are team players. We want to add people to our team who will get the same enjoyment from our good honest cookery as we do. We're a small family run business and understand that our staff are the most important part of our operation, so we regularly reward good performance and hard work with bonuses. Our opening hours are 10-5pm so there are no evenings to work unless the Chefs decide that they'd like to do occasional functions or special evenings to showcase their talents. We're on the lookout for an exceptional, driven Head Chef and a supportive Sous Chef who can cover on days off and assist with delivering our vision. We're located close to the beach, train station and there are good bus links. |
