Job description:	We are looking for a chef for our lively bar & bistro in Carluke, South Lanarkshire. You will work alongside the owner to ensure clean and safe running of the kitchen and producing excellent quality homemade pub food. A good knowledge of health, safety and hygiene procedures is required. The position is for a minimum of 32 hours, but more may be available.
