Job description: | We’re looking for a head chef for another venue we are about to open in Earlsferry, Fife. It’s called the the 19th hole. We are looking for a self-starter head chef who can help launch the new restaurant working closely with the owners and management. They must be hands on and able to work alone until the season starts fully. This would be an excellent opportunity for both a seasoned professional or a sous with the right experience looking to step up. Food type is homemade Scottish/British pub food. Ideally looking for a simple menu, 5 starters 6 or so mains and a few desserts with daily specials. Direct invoicing is welcome Staff accommodation is a stunning seaside flat (2 bed shared accommodation) that we have secured to launch the new venue with. 1 min walk from the venue.
