Salary:Up to £20 per hour depending on experience plus share of tips - meals on duty - 3 month probationary period
Duration:Seasonal
Hours:40 hours per week
Days:5 days out of 7 - mainly splits
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Bedrooms:35
Covers:Lunch: varies; Dinner: up to 20; Breakfast: up to 20
Food type:Traditional Scottish - with specials
Full-time chefs:sole chef plus a kitchen porter when busy
Accommodation:Accommodation available on site in a self contained 1 bedroom flat with Wi-Fi - if required
Job description:

The Lovat Arms is a family owned hotel serving traditional Scottish food cooked from fresh. Serving the local community.

The Applicant must have a passion for food be hardworking and a good team player.

You will be in charge of the day to day running of the kitchen.

We are looking for a chef to be flexible and open minded.

Appropriate Qualifications and experience are required.

This position would suit a strong Sous Chef looking to take the next step up in their career.
