Job description:

I am looking for a Head Chef with recent 3AA rosette experience to start on the 10th of May for 4-6 weeks in a 5 red star hotel Stirlingshire

Fine dining - afternoon tea - 50 seater restaurant

There is a brigade of 12 chefs plus kitchen porters .

Accommodation can be provided if required

Working hours will be a 10-12 per day 5 days per week

The gross hourly rate of pay is £23 per hour paid monthly

They will pay you daily return travelling expenses upon completion of the agreed upon stint
