| Job description: | Sea Salt bistro is situated in Port Ellen, 13 miles from Bowmore on the Isle of Islay. We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to join our team. You will be in full control of the busy kitchen ensuiring all safety and hygiene regulations are adheard to, plus ordering, stock control, rotas, and menu planning. Pizza experience is preferred but not essential. Islay is a beaultiful part of Scotland with spectacular scenery and beaches This is a permanent, all year round position.
