| Job description: | I'm looking for a strong head Chef with great organisational skills to lead this small friendly kitchen team. There's an excellent yet unpretentious standard of food being offered and you'll join a thriving business that puts their staff first. You must have exceptional hygiene standards and an ability to lead by example. There are up to 120 breakfasts a day, no lunches, and 130 dinners. The accommodation available is to a superb standard, and includes meals on and off duty. You'll be within walking distance of the local community. The position is available immediately, and will run until November. |
