Job description: | Parklands is a family owned venue with an outstanding reputation that has been established over the last 22 years. The bistro is currently 1 rosette. We are currently seeking Head Chef to manage the kitchen on a day to day basis and maintain a high business standard across all aspects of the kitchen, food preparation and production, excellent food safety and quality. The successful candidate will have the overall running and decision making responsibilities of the kitchen. They will have good management and delegation skills, be capable of developing varied menus, organise suppliers and strive to deliver the best food possible. The hotel offers bistro dining as well as function spaces and a summer beer garden. We have balanced the business requirements and team, currently providing the following core food services. Breakfast and dinner are served 7 days a week with dinner last orders at 8pm, Sunday 7.30pm If you are capable of running a busy kitchen, confident enough to make key decisions and have the energy required to make it a success, we would be delighted to hear from you. |
