Salary:£40,000 per annum ,paid monthly - tips and service charge - meals on duty
Duration:Permanent
Hours:140 - 160 hours per month
Days:3.5/4 days per week (Thursday is a prep day)
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)

Job description:

The Fat Pheasant in Newton to the north of Edinburgh is a busy restaurant with a good reputation for food.

We looking for a Head Chef to take charge of the day to day running of the kitchen; cooking, ordering, health and hygiene and also to have input into the menus.

A relaxed working environment, looking to expand on currently menu, with a little more flair and develop themed dinners.

Strong front of house team to support

Situated in a central location

We serve food only on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday we have a prep day on Thursday.

A good work life balance working 3.5/4 days per week

You will have chargrill experience

The position is available from 10th July for the right candidate
